Large General Service is available to any customer where three or more monthly 15 minute demands over the previous twelve month period shall have been 20 kilowatts or more.

Billing Demand
The billing demand shall be the customer’s greatest 15-minute demand, in kilowatts, incurred during the month for which the bill is rendered, but no less than 75% of the highest billing demand during the preceding 11 months or 20 kW, whichever is greater.
Discounts
If a customer’s demand exceeds 50 kilowatts, and if service is available and metered at utility’s option at primary voltage, the metered kilowatt hours will be decreased by 2.5%.
