Air conditioner and furnace tune ups are a proactive maintenance service that readies your units for increased usage. It ensures essential components function properly and operate at their best. During these services, a professional visits your home to inspect your AC and/or furnace units. Osage Municipal Utilities provides a $20 credit towards your utility bill for customers who schedule an air conditioning tune up and a $20 credit towards your utility bill for customers who schedule a furnace tune up with any of the following plumbing, heating, or electrical contractors:

To be eligible for the credits, ensure your contractor completes the Osage Municipal Utilities checklist after the central air conditioning tune up and/or the furnace tune up. They should bring the completed form and a copy of your tune up bills to our office for the $20 credit to be applied to your account. Credits will only be given if the form is returned to Osage Municipal Utilities within 90 days of service.
